Industrial Asbestos encapsulation

In the 90s asbestos was banned in construction, due to its harmful effects with long-term exposure. Unfortunately, many industrial and agricultural buildings had been cladded in asbestos cement sheets. Due to the size of the buildings it would be hugely costly to re-clad so the only sensible way around the problem is to encapsulate it, ie to coat it so no fibres are able to escape. The coating has always been a time-consuming and difficult process but now with Liquid Rubber spray system you can coat up to 800m2 a day.

The system can be pumped up to five floors high and can be used from a cherry picker. The solution dries instantly on contact allowing a trouble free and worry free project. This is a water based system and will not contaminate water, ponds or smell of solvents in any way.

With our excellent supplier relations we can deliver to any part of the country when and where you need it.
